自愿参加的「责任教练 Accountability Coach」活动，形式为「链式教练」，即 ABC 三人：B为A教练，C为B教练，A为C教练。自己既有教练身份，也有自己的教练。
This is a voluntary "Accountability Coach" activity in a chain coaching format where three participants (A, B, C) form a coaching circle: B coaches A, C coaches B, and A coaches C. Each person serves as both coach and coachee.
在每周开始前，向责任教练汇报这周想要完成的目标。
Before each week begins, participants share their weekly goals with their accountability coach.
在一周内，可主动向教练报告进展，教练也可进行提醒。
During the week, participants may proactively report progress to their coach, and coaches may send reminders.
每周末，责任教练有义务提醒学员进行周末汇报，回顾本周的目标完成情况，并为下周制定新的目标。
At the end of each week, accountability coaches have the obligation to remind their coachees to provide a weekly report, review goal completion, and set new goals for the upcoming week.

我将在参与过程中尊重并保护彼此的隐私，履行教练和组员的责任，保证每周至少一次交流。如有特殊情况，我会提前沟通请假，不会无故失联。
I will respect and protect each other's privacy throughout this program, fulfill my responsibilities as both coach and group member, and ensure at least one communication session per week. In case of special circumstances, I will communicate in advance for leave and will not disappear without notice.
